I ordered the watch for my Sons Birthday. he only told me which one he wanted on the Sunday night so I drew a "picture promise" and put it in her card for the Wednesday. To my surprise, the watch arrived on the Saturday, all neatly packaged and with the correct number of links removed. It is an unusual design, very light weight and attractive on the wrist. The web site is easy to use too.
