Absolutely gorgeous, it's for a birthday present and they are going to be really happy with it. The quality, price, service, delivery, after service is excellent, I definitely would recommend 100 %.
Marula Watch
Unfortunately the watch strap was too small and there was not enough adjustment. I couldn’t see the watch hands very well due to them being very dark. Unable to return it as I had the back engraved. Will not buy again.
What a shame you didn't let me know Simon, I would have sent you some extra links for the watch. As you can see on the website It is a dark faced watch, which is why many people like this model. Obviously we don't refund or exchange engraved watches as they are then very personal to the buyer, but I don't like any of our customers to be unhappy about their purchase so I will refund you if you return the watch. Can't do much more than that, but sorry you didn't get what you wanted.

Nice watch for my wife on our 31st anniversary but doesn’t work. Sent a message to them yesterday on our anniversary as so disappointed they have all day to respond but all I received was another email asking me to rate them, so here it is🤷🏼♂️
Hello Paul. I did receive your message (on 4th September) and replied the same day offering apologies and to replace or repair your faulty watch. Also offered to refund your postage. Unfortunately faults and mistakes do happen and I'm not sure how much more I can do to put things right, but I am of course always happy to refund your purchase once I receive the faulty watch back.
Really Smart
Bought a ladies watch for my sister. She swears by these wooden case watches as she has an allergic reaction to metal watches. This is her second watch. Big bold face and so smart.
