MAKING A RETURN?

We are proud to stand behind our products at Tree Ticker.  Therefore we take a common sense approach when it comes to customer service; treat people how we want to be treated.  It's important to us that you should be happy that you shopped with us.  We will do what is right and fair if any problems should arise. Please contact us first before sending your item back. 

Engraved items: These are non-refundable unless there has been an error made on our part in which a full refund or replacement will be offered. The item must be returned in order to receive a refund or replacement. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for all returns due to errors made on our behalf.

Non-Engraved items: If you are unhappy with your watch, changed your mind, or simply do not want it any more; we will provide a 100% full refund, no questions asked. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for return shipping. A full refund minus additional shipping costs will be applied once the item has been received and deemed in an un-used condition. We recommend the package is sent via a trackable method. In the event of lost packages without a tracking number we won't be able to issue the refund.

Items not eligible for refund:

  • Engraved items.
  • Returns received in damaged/worn/used condition.
  • Items not in their original packaging or with original packaging damaged.

Damaged/Faulty watches must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Please provide us with pictures evidencing the issue. The item must be returned to us in order to receive a refund or an exchange, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for all damaged returns.

 

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A VOLUME DISCOUNT AND WANT TO REFUND PART OF THE ORDER?

Refund amount will be adjusted accordingly if volume discount was applied to the original order.

 

IS THERE A WARRANTY?

Yes, all of our products are covered by a 6 month warranty for any manufacturing defects not caused by wear and tear. Broken glass and batteries are not covered by our warranty. Please contact us if you have any issues with your watch and we will arrange the return. The defected watch will need to be returned via a pre-paid label provided by us in order to receive a replacement/refund.
