Unfortunately the watch strap was too small and there was not enough adjustment. I couldn’t see the watch hands very well due to them being very dark. Unable to return it as I had the back engraved. Will not buy again.
What a shame you didn't let me know Simon, I would have sent you some extra links for the watch. As you can see on the website It is a dark faced watch, which is why many people like this model. Obviously we don't refund or exchange engraved watches as they are then very personal to the buyer, but I don't like any of our customers to be unhappy about their purchase so I will refund you if you return the watch. Can't do much more than that, but sorry you didn't get what you wanted.

Nice watch for my wife on our 31st anniversary but doesn’t work. Sent a message to them yesterday on our anniversary as so disappointed they have all day to respond but all I received was another email asking me to rate them, so here it is🤷🏼♂️
Hello Paul. I did receive your message (on 4th September) and replied the same day offering apologies and to replace or repair your faulty watch. Also offered to refund your postage. Unfortunately faults and mistakes do happen and I'm not sure how much more I can do to put things right, but I am of course always happy to refund your purchase once I receive the faulty watch back.
Really Smart
Bought a ladies watch for my sister. She swears by these wooden case watches as she has an allergic reaction to metal watches. This is her second watch. Big bold face and so smart.

Lightweight and delicate
I bought another model as a present for my boyfriend but couldn’t resist buying myself one. Removing the needed links was much more difficult than the video on both watches, we did break a few on each but still had enough to wear both watches comfortably. It’s an amazing watch and I get so many compliments, Thank you! 😊

Ayu III | Zebrawood Watch
This is the second time we have purchased a wooden watch from Treeticker. The first for our sons 21st Birthday which he was delighted with. Unfortunately whilst shipping his belongings across America to his new home all 8 boxes were stolen and sadly his watch was too.
Hence our 2nd purchase and we are just as pleased with this watch as we were the first one - the quality is amazing and to have them engraved a real bonus, the box also a nice touch. We would recommend these watches to anyone. Delivery is also extremely fast. We would definitely buy again.
Special Birthday Gift
My husband was delighted to receive this watch as a gift to mark his 70th birthday. As he works with wood himself (albeit on a larger scale) he was well able to recognise the quality of workmanship, as well as enjoying the feel of the wood on his wrist. I did have a few problems when I first ordered my watch but these were resolved very quickly, the service I received was excellent. The replacement watch was dispatched and received within two days. I would buy again from Tree Ticker and recommend to family and friends.
