I have just received the watches i have orderd for my groomsmen as gifts, and they are superb and i couldnt be happier. I purchased this bamabo watch and I loved it, I had purchased one once before , as i truly like the wooden watch. I was promised a 10% discount and had a little trouble applying it to the purchase. I contacted tree ticker staff and they assist me with this matter. Customer service was beyond exception,he solved my problem. I had a problem adjusting the size of strap in picture, but was helped about this. thank you
