    What really did impress me was their customer service which is why I changed the rating from before. Despite the flaw in the watch being minor and fixable the company reached out and offered to refund my purchase which shows that they do care and make an effort to ship a quality product.

    Happy we could quickly and easily resolve the problem. :)

    It's very easy to read and very comfortable to wear. My only minor gripe is that, when moving my wrist, the band rubs against the case and makes a slight squeaking noise. It's not a huge problem, but I can hear it in a busy office.

    I can imagine that must be a bit annoying! If you want to send it back to us, we would be happy to take a look and change the strap… please let us know :)
