Amazing product and with the added memories of an amazing engraving. This product is really superb - I opted for the watch with a blue facia. It is lightweight enough to be used frequently. It looks superb - it’s exactly what I wanted as a 21st birthday gift. The engraving on the back panel is clear, crisp and perfect. It arrived about 4 days earlier than I had expected which is an added bonus. I am delighted with it. The extra presentation box is beautiful and with a neat clasp lock at the front. Inside the cushioned watch pad and the soft touch roofing means it’s well protected too. There are little instructions and key locks to help work the watch, work the sizing and a little tool to enable resizing. This is a perfect gift and my nephew will be so pleased with it. I cannot thank you enough - a perfect gift for someone very special, made all the more pleasing with intricate and accurate engraving. I’ve blotted out the names in the photo for privacy, hopefully it’ll still show how fine the detailing has been.

Absolutely gorgeous, it's for a birthday present and they are going to be really happy with it. The quality, price, service, delivery, after service is excellent, I definitely would recommend 100 %.
Marula Watch
Unfortunately the watch strap was too small and there was not enough adjustment. I couldn’t see the watch hands very well due to them being very dark. Unable to return it as I had the back engraved. Will not buy again.
What a shame you didn't let me know Simon, I would have sent you some extra links for the watch. As you can see on the website It is a dark faced watch, which is why many people like this model. Obviously we don't refund or exchange engraved watches as they are then very personal to the buyer, but I don't like any of our customers to be unhappy about their purchase so I will refund you if you return the watch. Can't do much more than that, but sorry you didn't get what you wanted.
