Waru II | Ebony & Zebrawood

I did have a few problems when I first ordered my watch but these were resolved very quickly, the service I received was excellent. The replacement watch was dispatched and received within two days. I would buy again from Tree Ticker and recommend to family and friends.

I bought my husband this watch for Christmas after he said he didn't need a watch. He was wearing this old plastic thing and it looks so cheap, so I took a chance and got him this one. It is SO nice! And my husband really loves it! I'm so excited it paid off. He was surprised as he likes wooden jewellery but didn't realise you could get watches like this. The little details are really quite intricate too. A lot of attention to detail has gone into the making of the watch. We're both really happy with it. Thank you!

Pin got stuck trying to shorten links so unable to wear. The tool provided has now bent itself so going to have to try and make an alternative tool without damaging the rest of the watch (the link to be removed is already slightly scratched). Was a disappointing as it was a Christmas present but the rest of the watch looks good

Watch looks great, it was a gift for my son, he has a very expensive watch collection so I though I would add a wooden watch to his collection, he's pleased withthe watch as an addition.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my husband (WARU II | EBONY & ZEBRAWOOD), the watch looks exactly as shown / described on the website. Excellent quality. He was chuffed to bits with his gift and the engraving was perfect too. However it is not possible to adjust the watch yourself, a tool should not be provided and instruction should be to visit a professional. We went to two jewellers, one of which was H Samuel and neither could complete the adjustment (they didn't have the right tools). We were advised to take to Timpsons. The staff member said they would 'have a go' but couldn't promise they would not damage the watch. They used a small hammer to hammer out the pins, there are no direction arrows on the strap so they did a bit of guess work. However it was successful and only cost £9.99. I would have much preferred the truth as it is quite normal to not adjust a watch yourself. The staff member at Timpsons said the tool provider is not suitable / strong enough to adjust a wooden watch strap of this kind. We had four links removed. Why not save some money and ask customer to measure their wrists so that the exact size can be purchased.

The watch is beautiful, well made and the engraving is perfect. However the battery does not work, and after filling in a request for contact form over 3 weeks ago, I have still not heard anything back from the company. I shouldn’t have to pay to get a new battery put in as soon as the watch has arrived.

The watch arrived super fast the engraving was fabulous and the quality is fantastic. I cannot wait to give this to my husband on our wedding day thank you so much. X

I brought this watch for a friend as a thank you present and he loved it. It looks so cool and is a bit different looking than all other watches. The links were easy to take out with the tool that was also provided, I wish I got myself one.
