WHAT TYPE OF WOOD DO YOU USE?
Great question! We continuously source our woods from various suppliers around the world that ensure a sustainable and environmentally friendly supply chain. In particular, the Zebrano wood is listed as vulnerable due to a population reduction of over 20% in the past three generations, we have found a supplier in Cameroon who have a sustainable plantation and the same principles. We also use recycled and reclaimed Bamboo wood for all of our bamboo watches.
Here is a list of our current wood species offered in our mens wood watches: Zebrano, Bamboo, Ebony, Maple, Sandalwood, Walnut, Redwood.
WILL THE WATCH FIT LARGE WRISTS?
Yes! All of our straps are designed to be much longer than the average wrist diameter for men and women. Our wooden band watches fit wrist sizes as small as approximately 4inches and can be extended to ensure a proper fit. They can they be adjusted to fit by removing links. We have made a video tutorial to show how to do this here. Our leather band watches are equally as versatile and fit up to approximately 9-10” wrists depending on the specific model. Unlike wooden watch bands however, leather bands do not offer the ability to increase the length by adding additional links.
ARE YOUR WATCHES WATERPROOF?
NO! Do not swim in your wood watch! I repeat, do not swim, snorkle, surf, waterski, boogyboard, synchronize swim, marco polo, or compete in olympic high diving wearing a wood watch! We like to say our watches are “splash safe” - from washing your hands to a little sprinkle on those rainy days.

IS THERE A WARRANTY?
Yes, all of our products are covered by a 6 month warranty for any defects not caused by wear and tear. Broken glass and batteries are not covered by our warranty. The defected item will need to be returned via a pre-paid label provided by us in order to receive a free replacement.
HOW MANY CHARACTERS CAN I HAVE ENGRAVED?
We like to keep our engravings less then 20 words. The more characters required to engrave the smaller the font we have to use, which can sometimes make the back of our watches hard to read.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ENGRAVED WATCH?
Since we made the engraved products special for you, we would not be able to accept it as a return or an exchange.
AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS WHEN RETURNING OR EXCHANGING MY WATCH?
Yes, you would be responsible for shipping costs when sending the product to us but we’d be happy to pay for it to come back to you if you are doing an exchange. Please check out our Returns Page

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING IN MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?
Please contact us right away! Our orders are processed quickly to ensure that everyone receives their packages on time. We will do our absolute best to adjust your order, but please note that we cannot guarantee any changes.
WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS FOR THE WATCH?
All of the dimensions of the watches are on the watch product descriptions. The wooden watch straps are all adjustable and fit all wrists. They come as a standard large size so links usually need to be removed to fit - this is easy to do with the supplied tool.
HOW DO I CARE FOR THE WATCH?
We do supply a maintenance card with info on how to care for your wooden watch.
Mix two tsps each of olive oil and lemon juice, and apply to a soft cotton cloth. Apply to the wood. If at any time your watch looks lighter or starts to change in appearance, we recommend that you apply a natural coating such as beeswax, lip balm, butcher block oil or walnut oil. Regular application can help to protect it against damage and improve the durability of the wood and help maintain the moisture balance to prevent drying or cracking.
